Blissible understands that getting your items quickly is of utmost importance to you, therefore we make every effort to process your order quickly. Allow 1 - 3 full business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. Exclusions may apply, see product page for further details.
If you would like your item sooner, we offer expedited next day or second-day shipping. Select this option at checkout. Allow 1 - 3 business days for processing time. Orders that include 20 or more of the same SKU may take longer to process and ship.
Orders received after 2:00 pm will be processed the following business day. Orders received after 2:00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Please note Blissible is closed to shipping on the weekends and statutory holidays.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Contact customer service at email@example.com if you have not received an email shipping confirmation.
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided when you placed your order. You will also receive an email when your order is out for delivery. You will also receive an email when your order is delivered. Please track your shipment as Blissible is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All order cancellations must be made within an hour of placing your order.
Orders qualifying for free or discounted shipping are usually shipped via standard ground shipping service. Free shipping applies to orders meeting the minimum requirements stipulated on the website at the time of purchase. Order minimums must be met after any discounts or promotions have been applied.
Free or discounted shipping is only available in the Continental United States only, and excludes Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.
Blissible does not offer free International shipping at this time.
To better serve our customers, you may receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouses or drop-shipped. You will receive a notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments.
Change or Modify Order
We do our best to change or modify orders before the order has shipped. Once your order has been "Sent to Warehouse," it has entered the shipping process and no further changes can be made.
Blissible ships with the following carriers
Your packages will be shipped via USPS and UPS. International orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), or DHL.
USPS Priority Mail:
You will receive your package in 1, 2 or 3 days after your order has shipped, based on your location. All orders, including expedited orders must allow 1 - 3 day processing time before shipping. Blissible cannot guarantee delivery times for USPS Priority Mail.
Nail polish, some nail treatments and hair products such as hair spray are classified as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and can only ship via UPS Ground Delivery or USPS Parcel Post.
First Class Mail:
Items weighing up to 13 ounces usually arrive at your address within 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Standard Post (Ground Shipping):
Ground service usually takes 2 - 10 business days to arrive at your door, based on your location. This service is used for nail polish, alcohol-based products such as hair spray and larger items such as hair tools.
Nail polish, some nail treatments and other hair products such as hair spray are classified as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). For these shipments, we offer USPS Ground flat rate at $4.95.
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses.
All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping and cannot be shipped via USPS Priority or USPS Express Mail. These items can only be shipped via FEDEX Ground to reduce your waiting time.
If you need your package urgently, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to expedite your purchase for next day delivery. Extra shipping charges may apply.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, your order may take an additional 1-2 weeks to ship. If an item in your order has been discontinued or is no longer available, a refund for the particular item(s) will be processed, and the balance of your order will ship. We do our best to have most items in stock at all times, however, it is not always possible.
Please note that during a sale, shipment of your purchase may take longer due to higher volumes. We will try our best to get your purchase out to you as soon as possible.
Hair extensions may delay shipping if the item(s) ordered are on back order with the manufacturer. Backorders for hair extensions can take up to 1 month or more to fulfill.
Shipping and Delivery
Please track your packages as Blissible is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments that have received a delivery confirmation from shipping carriers. All packages can be left in your mailbox, or at your front door by USPS or FEDEX if no one is available at your home to receive it.

Track Your Order
APO Delivery - Mail Destined to Military Installations
All mail destined to military installations takes longer, as it has unique transportation and handling requirements which can result in extended delivery times for each class of mail. The reasonable time for transit for priority mail items is a minimum of 21 days from the date of mailing. If not received after 45 days Blissible will file a claim online at www.usps.com and a replacement package will be mailed to you.

Products Received Damaged
Upon receiving your package, please inspect your shipping box and the items inside for damaged items. We ask that you take an image of the damaged item(s) and contact us immediately or within 7 days of receiving their package to notify us of any issues.
Orders currently ship via USPS First Class and USPS Priority Express Mail. At this time, USPS does not guarantee a designated ship window. Please track your shipment with your local Post Office as Blissible is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, First Class Packages shipped internationally cannot be tracked at this time. International First Class Packages can take up to six weeks or more to the destination.
Taxes and Duties
If your order ships via USPS.com, we are required by Customs Authorities to state the value of your order directly on your package. We advise that you check with your Country’s Customs Agency with regards to taxes and duty that may apply.
Please note that it is at the sole discretion of Custom Agents to release your package. In some instances, customs may delay the delivery of your package.
If you place an order with Blissible, you are responsible for all applicable customs taxes, duties or other fees incurred.
Shipping Cancellations / Refusals
Any packages returned to Blissible due to a wrong address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation may incur shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect shipping information may cause shipping delays and may incur additional shipping charges.
